Introduction

We welcome your feedback

Summix, in partnership with Keepmoat, is seeking your views and feedback on future development proposals in East Tilbury.

Land east of Gobions Park has been identified by the Council as a draft allocation for residential development in the emerging Thurrock Local Plan, consulted on in early 2024.

Following the Council’s draft allocation of the site, Summix and Keepmoat are looking to bring forward proposals for new homes and public open space. Gobions Park will be retained, with potential for improvements to existing facilities. We would also like to explore the opportunity for a local convenience store, café or community building.

Plans are at very early stages and we are seeking the views of the community before developing more detailed proposals. Additional engagement will be undertaken prior to the submission of a planning application to set out how consultation feedback has been taken on board.

Our aim is simple: to deliver more of the high-quality, multi-tenure, new homes the UK needs – at prices people can afford, in places where they want to live.

We are delighted to have achieved 5-star builder status in the National Home Builders Federation (HBF) Awards. This is only awarded to homebuilders who receive a rating of at least 90% in the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey.
